Monroe Capital provided a senior credit facility to support the acquisition; the deal expands Milrose's architecture and engineering consulting capabilities—particularly façade and building envelope services—through the addition of Surface Design, which is headquartered in New York, NY.

Elvisridge Capital Acquires SurfaceLogix

Elvisridge Capital, a private investment firm based in Beachwood, Ohio, has acquired Reliance Supply Company USA, LLC, which operates under the SurfaceLogix brand. Elvisridge said it will support SurfaceLogix’s growth by expanding distribution and adding complementary products while keeping current management in place.

Lynx Equity Acquires Creative Surfaces, Inc.

Toronto-based private equity firm Lynx Equity Limited has acquired Creative Surfaces, Inc., a Sioux Falls, South Dakota manufacturer, distributor and installer of commercial casework, countertops, cabinetry and signage. Founder and CEO Jud Pins (former owner) sold the business and will remain in management; terms were not disclosed. Creative Surfaces has approximately 123 employees and $40 million in annual sales, and Lynx intends to leverage its existing sister companies to provide operational support and pursue synergies, including entry into the gaming market.

Huron Acquires Wilson Perumal & Company

Huron (NASDAQ: HURN) has acquired strategy and operations consulting firm Wilson Perumal & Company (WP&C) and integrated approximately 30 WP&C team members into its Innosight strategy and innovation capabilities. The deal brings WP&C's proprietary methodologies and operations-focused strategy expertise into Huron's Commercial operating segment to expand the firm's strategy, operations, and transformation offerings across industrials, manufacturing, energy, consumer, private equity, and public sector clients.

Accenture Acquires Insight Sourcing

Accenture has agreed to acquire Insight Sourcing, an Atlanta-based provider of strategic sourcing and procurement services, including its energy procurement business Insight Energy. The deal will add roughly 220 sourcing consultants and a suite of procurement technology tools to Accenture’s Sourcing & Procurement practice to strengthen its capabilities for private equity and corporate clients across consumer goods, retail, technology and industrial sectors.
