Elvisridge Capital, a private investment firm based in Beachwood, Ohio, has acquired Innovative Concrete Technology Corporation (ICT), a Lakeland, Florida-based manufacturer of concrete coatings, sealants and hardscape systems. ICT’s founder Alex Metrovich and his wife Tish will continue managing day-to-day operations while the company looks to expand its geographic footprint and add complementary products.

Angeles Equity Partners Acquires Solid Surface Care

An affiliate of Angeles Equity Partners has acquired a majority interest in Solid Surface Care Holdings, Inc., a national provider of specialty maintenance and restoration services headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. Stellus Capital Management provided unitranche senior debt financing and an equity co-investment to support the transaction; management, led by co-founder and CEO Michael Crippen, will remain in place to help scale the business across its national self-performing platform.

Elvisridge Capital, a private investment firm, has acquired BBS Tech, LLC (dba FINS Fishing), a braided fishing line and industrial braid manufacturer based in Erlanger, Kentucky. Elvisridge said it will provide capital to increase manufacturing capacity and efficiency, expand distribution, and build the FINS brand; BBS President Lee Burch will remain in day-to-day operations and report to Elvisridge's sportfishing segment lead.

Lynx Equity Acquires Creative Surfaces, Inc.

Toronto-based private equity firm Lynx Equity Limited has acquired Creative Surfaces, Inc., a Sioux Falls, South Dakota manufacturer, distributor and installer of commercial casework, countertops, cabinetry and signage. Founder and CEO Jud Pins (former owner) sold the business and will remain in management; terms were not disclosed. Creative Surfaces has approximately 123 employees and $40 million in annual sales, and Lynx intends to leverage its existing sister companies to provide operational support and pursue synergies, including entry into the gaming market.

New Water Capital Affiliate Acquires Chainlogix to Merge with Nelson Miller

New Water Capital (via an affiliate) has acquired Chainlogix, a Troy, Virginia provider of engineered components, assemblies and supply chain management, and will merge it with New Water portfolio company Nelson Miller. The combination is intended to add global sales, offshore sourcing and supply‑chain capabilities to the Nelson Miller platform while Chainlogix founder Rick Perrault remains in a senior leadership role.
