BitNile (via BitNile, Inc.) Acquires Remaining Interest in Alliance Cloud Services, LLC

BitNile Holdings, Inc. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary BitNile, Inc. closed a membership interest purchase agreement with the previous 30% owners of Alliance Cloud Services, LLC, giving BitNile full (100%) ownership of ACS, which owns and operates a 617,000 sq. ft. data center on a 34.5-acre site in southern Michigan. BitNile said full ownership improves flexibility to execute its Bitcoin mining strategy; the company has invested roughly $127 million in its mining operations, including approximately $12.3 million for the facility and infrastructure improvements.
