Ecore International Acquires HTI Recycling

Ecore International, a Lancaster, Pennsylvania-based circularity and reclaimed-rubber products company, has acquired HTI Recycling and its subsidiaries Edge Rubber Recycling and D&G Heavy Equipment Leasing. The deal expands Ecore's supply chain and crumb-rubber manufacturing capabilities in the U.S. Northeast and brings approximately 81 HTI employees into Ecore's organization.
