The transaction was financed in part by an equity investment from an affiliate of Koch Equity Development LLC and was supported by committed debt financing from KeyBanc and RBC Capital Markets.

PGT Innovations Acquires Anlin Windows & Doors

(NYSE: PGTI) completed the acquisition of Anlin Windows & Doors, a Clovis, California–based vinyl replacement window and door manufacturer, expanding PGT's presence in the West Coast market. The deal closed for approximately $113.5 million in cash plus up to $12.6 million of earnouts (roughly $126 million total consideration), with Anlin reporting roughly $106 million of trailing-twelve-month sales and mid-teens adjusted EBITDA; the deal is expected to be accretive to adjusted EPS within the first year.

PGT Innovations Acquires Martin Door Holdings

The deal (up to $63 million net of tax benefits) brings Solar Innovations' ~30 patents, R&D capabilities and ~135 associates into Fortune Brands to accelerate its outdoor living product portfolio and premium door offerings.
