ASSA ABLOY has acquired Level Lock, a Redwood City, California–based smart lock and digital access platform founded in 2016. The acquisition adds Level Lock’s hardware and digital access technology to ASSA ABLOY’s portfolio to strengthen its digital offering across the Americas; Level Lock reported about $16M sales in 2023 and ~70 employees.

Acronis Acquires DeviceLock, Inc.

Acronis has acquired DeviceLock, Inc., a provider of endpoint device/port control and data loss prevention (DLP) software, making DeviceLock a wholly-owned subsidiary. The acquisition will integrate DeviceLock's DLP and device control capabilities into the Acronis Cyber Platform to expand Acronis' cyber protection offerings for businesses, governments and service providers.

ASSA ABLOY Acquires TeleAlarm Group (Germany)

ASSA ABLOY has acquired TeleAlarm Group, a Leipzig-based provider of remote care hardware and software for the senior care and home care market. TeleAlarm—founded in 1956 with roughly 70 employees and sales of about EUR 29m in 2024—will join ASSA ABLOY's Global Solutions Senior Care business; the seller was Primepulse SE and the acquisition is expected to be accretive to EPS from day one.

ISH Group Acquires HRLocker

The deal adds HRLocker’s ~860 SME customers and HRIS capabilities to ISH’s portfolio of SaaS businesses and will see HRLocker COO Crystel Robbins Rynne promoted to CEO as founder Adam Coleman transitions out.

ASSA ABLOY Acquires Sure-Loc

Sure-Loc, founded in 2002 with about 45 employees and roughly $14M in 2020 sales, will complement ASSA ABLOY's mechanical hardware portfolio and support growth of its residential business in the United States.

Sage Acquires Lockstep

The Sage Group plc has agreed to acquire Lockstep, a Seattle-based provider of cloud-native accounting automation technology, to broaden Sage's office-of-the-CFO capabilities and expand its digital network for SMBs. Lockstep — which employs over 130 people and connects more than 26,000 businesses across 40+ accounting systems — will join Sage with its management team to accelerate connected accounting innovation.
