Nimble Gravity, a Denver-based data and AI consultancy, has acquired Fog Solutions, a U.S.-based data and AI firm known for Microsoft Azure and Databricks expertise. The deal brings about 50 data and AI experts into Nimble Gravity’s team — expanding capabilities in cloud-native data platforms and AI delivery and increasing the combined headcount to roughly 250.

Accenture to Acquire Logic

Accenture has entered into an agreement to acquire Logic, a Minneapolis-based retail technology services firm that employs approximately 800 professionals and serves more than 150 retail clients worldwide. The acquisition will strengthen Accenture’s retail technology transformation capabilities across merchandising, stores, digital, analytics, cloud, and AI; terms were not disclosed and the deal is subject to customary closing conditions.
