The add-on expands DuraServ’s geographic footprint in Central Alabama and adds fireplace capabilities to its service offering; the transaction is supported by financial partner Leonard Green & Partners.

Leonard Green & Partners Acquires Majority Stake in DuraServ Corp.

DuraServ’s leadership and existing shareholders remain invested and will continue to run the business as LGP partners to support the company’s growth strategy; terms were not disclosed.

Guild Garage Group Acquires Door Serv Pro

Guild Garage Group announced the completion of its partnership with Door Serv Pro, a family-owned residential garage door service company headquartered in Inwood, West Virginia with six locations across West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania. The deal is Guild’s 22nd acquisition since launching in 2024 (and its 8th in 2025) and brings Door Serv Pro into Guild’s multi-location residential garage door services platform while retaining the company’s management and unit-level ownership.

GarageCo Acquires Omaha Door & Window

The deal is an add-on to GarageCo's platform and will allow Omaha Door & Window to retain its local brand while gaining access to GarageCo's marketing, technology and operational resources.

The acquisition expands DuraServ’s Midwest footprint and augments its installation, repair, and maintenance capabilities across the Chicago, Madison and Milwaukee areas.
