Affiliates of Leonard Green & Partners (LGP) acquired a majority stake in DuraServ Corp., a provider of commercial and industrial overhead door and loading dock equipment maintenance, repair and installation services. DuraServ’s leadership and existing shareholders remain invested and will continue to run the business as LGP partners to support the company’s growth strategy; terms were not disclosed.

The deal expands DuraServ's residential product offerings and Midwest footprint across Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana; AE's president Adam Weber will become Senior Vice President, Residential at DuraServ.

Guild Garage Group Acquires Door Serv Pro

Guild Garage Group announced the completion of its partnership with Door Serv Pro, a family-owned residential garage door service company headquartered in Inwood, West Virginia with six locations across West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania. The deal is Guild’s 22nd acquisition since launching in 2024 (and its 8th in 2025) and brings Door Serv Pro into Guild’s multi-location residential garage door services platform while retaining the company’s management and unit-level ownership.
