(ACS), a Georgia-based HVAC service provider with locations in Milledgeville and Covington. The transaction closed on August 31, 2021 (terms undisclosed); Hidden Harbor said it will support ACS’s growth and expansion of service offerings across Georgia and the southeastern United States.

Hidden Harbor Capital Partners (via newly formed platform Burnout Brands) has completed the acquisition of Monster Transmission LLC and Thor Convertors LLC, aftermarket automotive remanufacturers and distributors based in Brooksville, Florida. The transaction positions Burnout Brands as a platform for scaling performance auto aftermarket businesses; existing owners of Monster Transmission will retain an ownership stake and management will continue to run day-to-day operations.
