Summit Park will partner with USS management to accelerate growth and expand the company's geographic footprint organically and via acquisitions while providing liquidity to existing owners.

The transactions broaden StableDry's capabilities (chemical grouting, soil stabilization, seawall repair) and extend the platform into central Florida, greater Lexington, KY and Charleston, WV areas.

The deal expands U.S. Waterproofing's Midwest footprint and service capabilities; FS360 founder Joe Marth will remain overseeing operations as the combined platform pursues further growth and add-on acquisitions.

Groundworks Companies Acquires Ohio Basement Systems

The add-on expands U.S. Waterproofing's Southeast footprint and foundation-repair capabilities; ESOG founders Jay Eastland and Luis Cuevas will continue to oversee the business.
