Jack Henry & Associates Acquires Victor Technologies

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. has acquired Victor Technologies, Inc. from MVB Financial Corp. The acquisition brings Victor's cloud-native, API-first embedded payments and Payments-as-a-Service (PaaS) capabilities into Jack Henry's suite to expand its payment services for banks, credit unions and fintech partners; terms were not disclosed and Jack Henry expects the deal to be accretive by fiscal 2028.

GEE Group Acquires Hornet Staffing

The acquisition expands GEE Group’s nationwide staffing capacity and MSP/VMS service capabilities; Hornet founder Larry Bruce will remain in his role and join GEE Group’s national sales team.

Zego (Powered by PayLease) acquired Mobile Doorman, a mobile resident engagement and data analytics platform for the multifamily and HOA industry, to expand its resident experience management capabilities and broaden its mobile offerings. The acquisition adds Mobile Doorman’s customer base (serving more than one million residents across ~2,500 communities) and features—such as lease renewals and resident analytics—into Zego’s platform; Mobile Doorman CEO Nitin Vig will continue working with Zego’s leadership.
