Jackson Healthcare has completed its acquisition of LRS Healthcare after the companies signed a definitive agreement to combine in May 2023. LRS Healthcare will continue operating under the LRS brand from its Omaha, Nebraska headquarters, led by president Jeff Beckmann and backed by Jackson Healthcare’s national healthcare staffing platform.
