Jensen Hughes, a portfolio company of Gryphon Investors, has acquired Belgium-based fire protection engineering firm FES Ghent (FESG). The acquisition expands Jensen Hughes' presence in Belgium and Continental Europe while strengthening its fire protection, tunnel ventilation, CFD and performance-based design capabilities.
