Jensen Hughes has acquired Milan-based Jensen Hughes s.r.l. Continental Europe (JHM), a market-leading fire protection engineering firm, to strengthen its European presence and technical capabilities. Jensen Hughes, a portfolio company of Gryphon Investors, said the acquisition expands its ability to serve clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa in fire protection, code consulting and performance-based design.
