Johnson Controls Acquires FogHorn

Johnson Controls has completed the acquisition of FogHorn, an Edge AI software developer for industrial and commercial IoT. FogHorn’s engineering team and edge-AI capabilities will be integrated into Johnson Controls’ OpenBlue platform to accelerate smart, autonomous building solutions; financial terms were not disclosed.
