Johnson Controls Acquires Vindex Systems

Johnson Controls has acquired Vindex Systems, a UK-based systems integrator specializing in video surveillance, access control and ANPR solutions, to strengthen its electronic security and service capabilities in the region. Financial terms were not disclosed; the acquisition will expand Johnson Controls' integrated security offerings and customer service footprint across banking, retail, healthcare and other commercial end markets in the UK.
