Johnson Controls has signed an agreement to acquire Alloy Enterprises, a Boston-based thermal management technology company focused on next-generation direct liquid cooling for data centers and other mission-critical applications. The deal is expected to close in Johnson Controls’ fiscal third quarter, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
