Kaltura has acquired Newrow, a video conferencing and virtual classroom platform founded in 2016, for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition brings Newrow's meeting and training capabilities into Kaltura's video experience platform to expand Kaltura's Meeting Solutions and consolidate enterprise video and conferencing capabilities.
