IK Investment Partners Acquires Majority Stake in GeoDynamics

IK Investment Partners' IK Small Cap II Fund has agreed to acquire a majority stake in GeoDynamics from Sofindev and the company's management team. GeoDynamics, a Kortrijk-based SaaS provider of location-based fleet and mobile workforce management software, will continue to be led by founders Peter Vermeesch and Stijn Stragier who will reinvest alongside IK as the company pursues expansion beyond Belgium.

Katalyst Space Technologies has acquired Atomos Space to accelerate and expand its in‑space servicing and rendezvous-and-proximity-operations (RPO) capabilities. The deal brings Atomos’ Quark spacecraft, IP, and key personnel (including co-founder Vanessa Clark) into Katalyst, and Katalyst will continue operating Atomos’ 20,000 sq ft facility in Broomfield, Colorado while remaining headquartered in Flagstaff, Arizona.

The deal integrates Geost’s sensing technologies into Rocket Lab’s end-to-end space solutions offering, with Geost continuing operations in Arizona and Virginia.
