Kaufman Hall Acquires Change Healthcare's Connected Analytics Business

Kaufman Hall has acquired Change Healthcare’s Analytics Explorer, Performance Manager and other data solutions (collectively “Connected Analytics”) and integrated them into Kaufman Hall Software to create an expanded enterprise performance management (EPM) software, data and analytics platform. The deal — executed by Kaufman Hall, which is majority-owned by Madison Dearborn Partners — strengthens Kaufman Hall's healthcare analytics capabilities and provides Change Healthcare customers with a coordinated transition.
