MKS, a Kansas City-based, family-owned pipe, valve and fitting (PVF) distributor, has acquired Industrial Pipe & Supply (IPS) of Omaha, Nebraska. The acquisition expands MKS's Midwest footprint into Nebraska and Iowa, adds a local distribution point enabling same-day delivery and brings additional capabilities (e.g., actuated valve packages, custom machining) while retaining IPS's local team and brand.

(The Jordan Company) has acquired Industrial Service Group Holdings, LLC (The Industrial Service Group) in a sale from KCM Capital Partners, with PNC Mezzanine Capital, Five Points Capital, and ISG management among the sellers. The transaction represents the exit of KCM's buy-and-build investment in ISG, a provider of recurring outsourced MRO services and rotating equipment repair, service and distribution for industrial end markets.

KCM Capital Partners' industrial platform, The Industrial Service Group (ISG), completed the acquisition of Industrial Air Power, a Muskego, Wisconsin-based provider of air compressors, parts and lubricants. The deal was executed in partnership with company management and capital partners PNC Mezzanine Capital and Five Points Capital; terms were not disclosed and the founder, Chris Klemz, will continue to run day-to-day operations.
