Exeter Street Capital Partners (the private equity affiliate of Patriot Capital Group) announced the recapitalization of Price Circuits LLC and Circuitronics LLC, forming a new buy-and-build strategy for advanced printed circuit boards (PCBs). The transaction is completed in partnership with Capitala Group, Five Points Capital, and the Varghese family, which remains a shareholder, with Pinnacle Bank providing senior working capital financing.
Everpath Management, a Chicago-based investment firm, has acquired Megawattage LLC, a Fort Lauderdale provider of commercial generator services and emergency-response power solutions. The deal, financed with support from Plexus Capital, positions Megawattage as a platform for geographic expansion across the Southeast and pursuit of add-on acquisitions and operational investment.
Century Park Capital Partners, joined by Plexus Capital and GMB Capital Partners, launched Green Summit Landscape Group and completed the platform's first acquisition of a regional, founder-led landscaping company. The transaction closed November 1, 2024, with 3 Rivers Capital selling its portfolio company; GulfStar served as exclusive financial advisor to PAT Tank. The deal positions TCP to capitalize on ongoing regulatory-driven demand for tank installation, repair and upgrades across Gulf Coast industrial markets.
Liftout Capital acquired Pay4Leads, Inc., a performance marketing and lead generation firm based in Exton, Pennsylvania. The deal supports Pay4Leads’ expansion from tree-care leads into adjacent residential services verticals such as roofing, siding, and windows. Deal terms were not disclosed.
Gymdesk, a provider of member management SaaS for gyms and boutique fitness studios, has raised a $32.5 million growth investment from Five Elms Capital. The capital will be used to accelerate product development, expand market reach, and deepen support for existing and new customers.
TIGRIS Aquatic Services, a portfolio company of Plexus Capital, has acquired Aquatic Analysts, Inc., a New Jersey-based environmental consulting firm specializing in lake, pond and watershed management. The deal expands TIGRIS’s service capabilities and Northeast geographic presence, adding Aquatic Analysts’ scientific expertise and client base to TIGRIS’s national stormwater and water-management platform.
TIGRIS Aquatic Services, a Plexus Capital‑backed provider of stormwater management services, has acquired Natureworks (Clearwater Associates, Inc.), a Pennsylvania‑based lake and pond management and fountain distribution business. The deal expands TIGRIS’ footprint and capabilities across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland while adding dealer and repair capabilities for aeration and fountain equipment.
Plexus Capital has acquired Southern Elevator Group, a provider of elevator installation, maintenance, modernization and repair services, with financing support from Brightwood Capital Advisors. Brightwood provided debt financing to back the transaction, which Plexus says will position Southern to accelerate growth and enhance its service offerings across commercial, residential and institutional end markets.
Plexus Capital has acquired a majority interest in National Boiler Service (NBS), a Trenton, Georgia–based provider of boiler maintenance, repair and installation services serving pulp & paper, chemical, power generation and utility end markets.
