Kelso & Company Acquires DEFINITION 6; D6 to Merge with Emtec

Funds managed by Kelso & Company completed a majority investment to acquire DEFINITION 6, a digital customer experience agency based in Atlanta and New York. DEFINITION 6 will merge with Emtec, a Kelso portfolio company, to create a global digital consultancy led by Emtec CEO Sunil Misra; D6 management will remain significant investors alongside Kelso. The transaction closed in September 2022 and financial terms were not disclosed.
