Kept Companies, a Fairfield, New Jersey–based facility maintenance provider, has acquired Atlanta-based Giant Enterprises, Inc., a specialist in ambient scenting, odor control and chute management services. The deal expands Kept’s service capabilities (installation, cleaning and maintenance of chutes and odor-control solutions) and supports the outgoing owner’s retirement transition.
