Khoros, a Vista Equity Partners-backed provider of digital customer engagement software, has acquired Topbox, an enterprise customer experience (CX) analytics firm. The deal adds Topbox's omnichannel, AI- and NLP-driven CX analytics capabilities to Khoros' platform to broaden CX insight and engagement functionality.
