Kiloutou Acquires STICAR

Kiloutou has agreed to acquire STICAR, a regional Italian equipment rental company active in northern Italy. The acquisition (subject to customary approvals) brings STICAR's 9 agencies, 76 employees and a fleet of aerial work platforms and industrial forklifts into Kiloutou, strengthening the group's presence across Lombardy, Veneto, Piedmont and Emilia-Romagna.
