Kingswood Capital Management, LP completed its acquisition of Coveris’ Business Unit Paper (“BU Paper”), which is transitioning to an independent organization under the new name Paranova Print and Packaging (“Paranova”). Paranova manufactures sustainable paper-based packaging solutions including labels, lined board, cartons, and trays for customers across the United Kingdom and Europe.
