KKR to Acquire Broadcom’s End-User Computing Division for About $4 Billion

KKR announced it has signed a definitive agreement to buy Broadcom’s End-User Computing (EUC) Division in a transaction valued at approximately $4 billion. The EUC Division will become a standalone company focused on digital workspace solutions led by the existing management team.
