KnowFully Learning Group, a NexPhase Capital–backed provider of professional continuing education, has acquired Immediate Action Medicine (IA MED), a specialty EMS training and accreditation provider founded in 2011. IA MED will join KnowFully's Healthcare Professional Education division and its co-founders Jonathan Reed and Chris Smetana will continue to lead the business as part of KnowFully.
