KnowFully Learning Group, a NexPhase Capital–backed provider of professional education, has acquired EMT & Fire Training Inc., a national provider of emergency medical services and firefighting certification and continuing education. The deal expands KnowFully’s pre-hospital training portfolio and adds EMT/AEMT certification, recertification and CAPCE-accredited course content to its healthcare education brands.
