One Equity Partners Acquires Liquid Web and Forms CloudOne Digital

One Equity Partners has completed the acquisition of Liquid Web, a managed cloud and hosting provider headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and has formed a new holding company called CloudOne Digital. The transaction creates a platform for consolidation across the cloud hosting sector, bringing Liquid Web’s brands and data center assets into an expanded offering focused on managed hosting, managed applications and commerce cloud solutions for SMBs and mid-market customers.

Miss Group Acquires CloudAccess

Miss Group, an international web hosting provider headquartered in Stockholm, has acquired CloudAccess, a WordPress and Joomla platform-as-a-service hosting provider, from Cloud Equity Group. Terms were not disclosed. The deal expands Miss Group's reach into North America and strengthens its WordPress/Joomla hosting capabilities.

Duett Software Group (Accel-KKR-backed) Acquires Danish Cloud ERP Provider Skyhost ApS

Duett Software Group has acquired Danish cloud-based software company Skyhost ApS to expand its ERP product capabilities into resource planning, fleet management and adjacent verticals in Denmark and Scandinavia. The deal is the first acquisition by Duett since receiving a majority equity investment from Accel-KKR in December 2019; both companies will continue to operate under their existing brands and management teams.

Cloud Equity Group Acquires Cirrus Hosting and HostMDS

Cloud Equity Group, a New York–based private equity firm focused on web hosting and cloud infrastructure, acquired Canadian hosting providers Cirrus Hosting and HostMDS, both headquartered in Toronto. The purchases expand Cloud Equity Group’s platform in the web hosting/cloud space and position the combined business to accelerate growth organically and via further acquisitions.

ComfortHost (Cloud Equity Group) Acquires Advantagecom Networks

Cloud Equity Group and its portfolio company ComfortHost acquired the assets of Advantagecom Networks to expand ComfortHost’s global hosting footprint and add hardware-based virtualized cloud infrastructure capabilities. The deal is an add-on acquisition that keeps Advantagecom’s brand and existing team in place while expanding ComfortHost’s geographic presence into the U.S. Northwest and broadening its product offering.

Cloud Equity Group Acquires Conseev Hosting Portfolio
