Kodiak Robotics, an AI-powered autonomous vehicle technology company for commercial trucking and public-sector applications, entered into a definitive business combination agreement with Ares Acquisition Corporation II (AACT), an Ares-affiliated SPAC. Upon closing (expected in the second half of 2025), Kodiak will become a publicly listed company under the name Kodiak AI, Inc. with its common stock and warrants trading under new ticker symbols.
