KPA Acquires Compli

KPA, a SaaS and services provider for compliance and workforce management, has acquired Compli, a Portland-based provider of HR business process automation software. The acquisition adds Compli’s workflow and compliance automation capabilities to KPA’s HRIS, ATS, training and HR advisory offerings to expand KPA’s human capital management solution for small and middle-market companies.
