KPS Capital Partners, LP signed a definitive agreement to acquire a controlling stake in Novacel, the surface protection solutions business currently owned by Compagnie Chargeurs Invest SA (Chargeurs). H.I.G. WhiteHorse provided carve-out acquisition financing to support Novacel’s transition into an independent platform under KPS ownership.
