After closing, Prince planned to combine with Chromaflo Technologies and rebrand the combined business as Vibrantz Technologies Inc., headquartered in Houston, Texas.

PHI Industrial Acquires PPC Insulators from Seves Group

The divestiture transfers PPC — a global manufacturer of porcelain high-voltage insulators serving transmission and distribution customers — to PHI, which said it will pursue expansion in existing and new markets to capitalise on long-term infrastructure and renewable energy trends. Terms were not disclosed.
