Innovative Discovery has acquired information governance consultancy Integro to expand its e-discovery offerings and provide end-to-end services across the EDRM. Financial terms were not disclosed; Integro will initially continue to operate as a separate brand while its management (led by CEO Scott Burt) will lead Innovative Discovery's information governance services. The deal is being executed with Innovative Discovery as a PE-backed platform (backed by Silver Oak Services Partners).

KORE Wireless Group Acquires Integron

KORE Wireless Group (KORE) has acquired Integron, an IoT solutions and managed services provider with offices in Rochester, New York and Ulestraten, Netherlands. The deal expands KORE’s IoT solutions, managed services and connected-health capabilities, bringing Integron’s certifications and expertise in healthcare, pharmaceuticals and life sciences into the KORE portfolio.

Motion Industries (Genuine Parts Company) Acquires Kaman Distribution Group for $1.3B

Motion Industries, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Genuine Parts Company, agreed to acquire Kaman Distribution Group from Littlejohn & Co. for approximately $1.3 billion in cash. KDG, headquartered in Bloomfield, Connecticut, operates ~220 locations with ~1,700 employees and is expected to generate roughly $1.1 billion of revenue in 2022; the deal is expected to close in Q1 2022 and deliver $50M+ of run-rate synergies.

Micross Acquires Integra Technologies

Micross Components, a portfolio company of Behrman Capital, has acquired Integra Technologies, a U.S.-based OSAT (outsourced semiconductor assembly and test) provider headquartered in Wichita, Kansas. The add-on expands Micross' U.S. assembly, packaging and test capabilities and broadens its presence in high-reliability end markets such as medical, aerospace/defense and automotive.
