MidEuropa Acquires Controlling Stake in FAMAR

MidEuropa has acquired a controlling stake in FAMAR, a European contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO), from ECM Partners and Metric Capital Partners, with current shareholders and management reinvesting alongside MidEuropa.
