NetNordic Group Acquires Fiarone Oy

NetNordic Group, majority owned by Norvestor, has acquired Fiarone Oy, a Finnish Security Operations Center (SOC) provider. Fiarone has 32 employees across Turku and Espoo and estimated 2021 revenue of EUR 2.1 million; Fiarone shareholders are reinvesting and will remain involved. The acquisition strengthens NetNordic's security capabilities and accelerates its expansion in Finland and the broader Nordic market.

The deal adds system development capacity (IPCO has more than 20 employees in Halden), strengthens NetNordic's delivery capability in Halden and Oslo, and supports growth of its network, security and communications services across the Nordics.

Nordic Capital will partner with Foxway management and alongside Norvestor to support continued growth, international expansion and Foxway’s focus on circular IT services; Foxway is a Sweden‑headquartered provider of device refurbishment, asset recovery and lifecycle services with over 1,000 employees and SEK ~7.6bn in revenue (2022).
