The Crypto Company (OTC: CRCW) has closed the acquisition of Blockchain Training Alliance and its intellectual property to complement The Crypto Company's blockchain education offerings. The buyer said it will leverage existing partnerships (including Blockchain at Pepperdine) to expand certification offerings and accelerate growth of Blockchain Training Alliance's training and certification programs.
