M/C Partners Backs Merger of Everywhere Wireless and SilverIP to Form Zentro

M/C Partners, with participation from Author Capital Partners, led an investment to combine Chicago-based ISPs Everywhere Wireless and SilverIP under the new Zentro brand. The merged company becomes the largest MDU-focused ISP in the Midwest, serving more than 65,000 residential and business subscribers across Chicago and Milwaukee and positioning the business for further geographic expansion and roll-up activity.

MidEuropa agreed to acquire a 30% equity stake in the combined M+ Group by merging its portfolio company CMC Iletisim ve Cagri Merkezi Hizmetleri A.Ş. (CMC) with Meritus Upravljanje d.o.o. (M+ Group). The transaction will create a leading contact centre and BPO provider in South Eastern Europe with more than 7,000 employees, ~220 clients across 58 countries and expected annual revenue in excess of EUR 65 million. The deal is expected to complete by the end of January 2020.

Centre Partners completed a recapitalization investment in Midwest Mobility Solutions (MMS), a Troy, Michigan–based AT&T National Authorized Retailer operating more than 85 stores across seven states. Co-founders Matt Sharrak and Nash Khami remain significant owners and will continue to lead the business; Centre Partners said the investment will support MMS’s growth plans, including geographic expansion and entry into adjacent markets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
