Zentro and BAI Connect Merge Under M/C Partners to Create Leading Multifamily ISP

M/C Partners has combined regional multifamily ISPs Zentro and BAI Connect into a single company operating under the Zentro brand. The merged business creates a scaled, near-national MDU-focused ISP serving over 100,000 residents and 2,000+ properties, expanding geographic coverage and accelerating rollout of multi-gig and managed Wi‑Fi services.

M/C Partners Backs Merger of Everywhere Wireless and SilverIP to Form Zentro

M/C Partners, with participation from Author Capital Partners, led an investment to combine Chicago-based ISPs Everywhere Wireless and SilverIP under the new Zentro brand. The merged company becomes the largest MDU-focused ISP in the Midwest, serving more than 65,000 residential and business subscribers across Chicago and Milwaukee and positioning the business for further geographic expansion and roll-up activity.

Metronet Acquires US Internet

Metronet has acquired US Internet (USI), a Minnetonka-based pure-play fiber provider whose network reaches more than 140,000 homes and businesses in the greater Minneapolis area. Terms were not disclosed; the deal follows Metronet’s recent acquisition by a T‑Mobile and KKR joint venture and results in an exit for investor Everside Capital Partners.

Centre Technologies Acquires NetLink Solutions

NetSpark Acquires Helios Solutions Group and Edge Insights

Corporate Technologies Acquires Cenetric

The deal expands Corporate Technologies' footprint to 18 U.S. markets and is its third acquisition since partnering with Tonka Bay in 2023.
