Nexteligent Holdings, Inc. (OTC:NXGT), a healthcare industry aggregator, has acquired Professional Revenue Management Services (PRMS), a national provider of revenue cycle management, medical coding, electronic claims processing and accounts receivable management. The acquisition will bolster Nexteligent's NexteliFin division and expand its revenue cycle management capabilities across physician practices, ambulatory surgical centers and other healthcare providers.
