Fabian Couture Group, backed by Riveria Investment Group and Valesco Industries, has acquired the assets of Executive Apparel Group, Inc., expanding Fabian's Uniform and Career Apparel segment. The deal brings together complementary product lines and is intended to expand production capabilities and cross-selling opportunities across hospitality, foodservice, school uniforms, casinos and corporate customers.
