FNA Group Acquires Kent Investment Corporation

FNA Group has acquired Kent Investment Corporation, a long-standing manufacturer of professional carpet cleaning machines and cleaning solutions, to expand into indoor cleaning markets. The deal adds Kent’s C-4 carpet extractor and related product lines to FNA’s portfolio and is intended to create product and customer synergies across FNA’s residential, professional and commercial channels.
