Chicago-based AiRo Digital Labs has acquired Cloudaction, a cloud solutions provider with capabilities across Salesforce, ServiceNow, BMC and Microsoft Azure, to strengthen its AI and cloud consulting practice and accelerate growth. The acquisition integrates Cloudaction's platform and global delivery capabilities (headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma with a delivery center in Pune, India) into AiRo's Cloud practice to create a larger AI & Cloud consulting firm in the U.S.
