Circle Acquires Elements to Accelerate Crypto Payments

Circle has acquired Elements, a developer-first payments orchestration platform, to accelerate its crypto payments roadmap and make it easier for merchants to accept USDC and other crypto payments. The deal will let Circle scale payments offerings, integrate merchants' existing PSP relationships, and deliver payment APIs and SDKs to lower the barrier of entry for merchants and developers.

UiPath Acquires Peak to Launch Vertically Specialized Agents

Peak's decision-intelligence platform for pricing and inventory optimization will be integrated to power new Pricing and Inventory Agents and expand UiPath's industry-specific AI capabilities for customers in retail, manufacturing and other sectors.

Qlik Acquires Blendr.io

The Blendr.io team and technology will be integrated into Qlik’s product and go-to-market efforts to expand Active Intelligence capabilities; terms were not disclosed.

Zellis Acquires elementsuite from Limerston Capital

Zellis has agreed to acquire elementsuite, an AI‑enabled HR and workforce management software provider, from Limerston Capital. The deal combines elementsuite's AI capabilities (including its assistant ELLA) with Zellis' payroll and HR platform to expand Zellis' HCM and WFM capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed and the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.

Eurazeo Acquires Elemica

Eurazeo (via its Eurazeo Capital arm) agreed to acquire Elemica, a cloud-enabled digital supply network and SaaS provider, from Thoma Bravo. The transaction—backed by approximately $250 million of equity from Eurazeo and its affiliates—is intended to support Elemica's global expansion into new geographies, industry verticals and product offerings.
