UiPath has acquired Peak, an AI-native company based in Manchester, United Kingdom, to accelerate its vertical AI solutions strategy and enhance the UiPath agentic automation platform. Peak's decision-intelligence platform for pricing and inventory optimization will be integrated to power new Pricing and Inventory Agents and expand UiPath's industry-specific AI capabilities for customers in retail, manufacturing and other sectors.
