Embrace Software Inc, a Montreal-based acquirer of niche software businesses, has acquired Infospeed Limited, the UK provider of Class, a cloud-based administration and booking system for language schools. Founders Carol Davies and Graham Hacker will transition out while Carol will remain as an advisor and Gary Bulgin will continue to lead operations as Embrace invests to enhance the product and grow the business.
