Gradiant Acquires WaterPark Environment Corp.

Gradiant, a Boston-based cleantech water solutions provider, has acquired Taiwan-based WaterPark Environment Corp., a design and construction firm specializing in water technologies for semiconductor and advanced manufacturing clients. The acquisition expands Gradiant's industrial water treatment capabilities—particularly in high-rate biological wastewater, advanced oxidation, and ultrapure water—and gives Gradiant direct access to WaterPark's relationships with leading Taiwan semiconductor manufacturers.
